The sttudy adoptted descriipttiive and iinfferenttiiall research ffor assessiing tthe effffectts tthatt fface tthe agency iimpllementtiing tthe effffecttiive ttraiiniing programs tto enhance perfformance off emplloyees.. In order tto assess tthe realliizattiion sttattus,, tthe sttudy has been conductted by desiigniing on documentt anallysiis,, ffiive-poiintt Liikertt scalle questtiionnaiires and sttructtured iintterviiew questtiions.. The ttottall popullattiion siize off tthe sttudy iis 105 emplloyees parttiiciipattiing ttraiiniing programs iin tthe year 2012,, and 23 iinvollviing tteam managers off tthe agency.. The sttudy adoptted purposiive samplliing ttechniique; based tthe emplloyee perfformance datta iin ttheiir documentts.. Sellectt 80 emplloyees ffrom tthe popullattiion (105) purposiivelly usiing tthe sttandard refferriing ffrom tthe lliitterattures,, and allso sellectt 19 tteam lleaders and 5 ttop llevell managers,, because tthey have tthe operattiionall workiing knowlledge on emplloyee ttraiiniing and perfformance practtiice off tthe Agency,, and tthe sttudy use botth quanttiittattiive and qualliittattiive datta anallyses metthod.. Based on tthe datta anallysiis tthe researcher concllude tthatt,, emplloyee ttraiiniing and perfformance practtiices off tthe agency are iitts own probllems especiialllly on: TNA,, Traiiniing Pllan,, Conttiinuiitty,, Traiiniing Evalluattiion,, tthe lliinkiing bettween emplloyee ttraiiniing and perfformance resulltt,, effffectt assessmentt and accuratte and effffecttiive documenttattiion off emplloyee ttraiiniing and perfformance datta.. Thiis sttudy recommended tthatt conducttiing iinttensiive TNA,, organiiziing conttiinuous ttraiiniings programs,, iinsuriing tthe equiitty probllems,, iimproviing ttraiiniing evalluattiion process,, conducttiing effffectt assessmentt,, ensuriing avaiillabiilliitty off relliiablle and valliid emplloyee perfformance assessmentt datta,, and tthe agency shoulld be sttronglly work on iintterlliinkiing bettween emplloyee perfformance gaps and ttraiiniings ffor ffurtther concrette sttrattegiic deciisiion makiing process ffor botth,, tthe agency and emplloyee devellopmentt.
