dc.description.abstractThe present research attempts to examine the relationship with Turnover Intention and organizational factors. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on a random sample of employees from twenty one branches of Nib International Bank, a private bank in Ethiopia. Correlation and regression analyses revealed a number of significant relationships between the two variables. The findings of the study found dissatisfaction with benefits and reward system, the poor job and organizational specific communication, dissatisfaction with the work itself are the most important organizational factors to cause turnover intention of employees.en_US
