Abstract: The purpose of this study is to assess employee turnover intention at Ayka Addis Textile and Investment Group. In this research descriptive method has been employed. Accordingly, the study follows quantitative and qualitative research design methods. It’s Descriptive Random and purposive sampling techniques were used to select respondents from the population. Questionnaire was distributed and 95% of the respondents have returned the papers. An open-ended interview was conducted so as to collect the data from managers and human resource experts. The finding indicated that employees seem to be dissatisfied with monitory rewards, promotional opportunity, working environment and training opportunity. The consequence of these intentions has been perceived to result employee turnover. From the five open ended questions distributed to the Managers and Human Resource Professionals, partiality with monetary rewards, lack of motivation, such as financial and none financial, poor conducive working environment are among the key findings in the assessment of employee turnover intention. The company is, thus, expected revise the policy of employees benefit package so as to retain experienced and skilled employees.
