dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research study is to find the crucial problems, faced by the employees while working in organizations and find the ways how we make our employees loyal with their organization. The purpose of this research is to elaborate the key factors which are useful for the satisfaction of the employees i.e. workplace environment, reward and recognition, training and development team work, organization structure and communication with management bodies that affect employee job satisfaction and the current level of job satisfaction are discussed. and the paper is also investigate whether the employees turn over has any relation with job satisfaction at pharmaceuticals fund and supply agency(PFSA).Descriptive research was used to conduct the study because the researcher is interested in describing the existing situation under study. The study was holding quantitative and qualitative research method in order to address research questions and objectives set. The study was conducted in 2016 and covered 217 employees within the Pharmaceuticals Fund and Supply Agency.en_US
