Abstract: The main objective of the study assessmentof Causes of Employee Absenteeism. The study adopted a descriptive research design to identify the employee absents causes. Quantitative methods were used to gather information through the utilization of a questionnaire to answer the basic research questions The total sample selected from target population 245 employees of the organization sample size used 111 (One hundred eleven) employees were responded the entire questionnaires Documents that were received from the department were helpful in determining the absent trend. In overall, the research investigated the reasons why employees absent from their work place in the organization .Hence, the study revealed that ERCA has not benefit package, the employee employer relationship was not good, there is job security problem, the employee reward program was not competitive, the work place were unfavorable, employees were handled unfairly and irrespectively. All those factors influence most employees to have the intention of not staying in their working place regularly so the researcher recommend advancement and promotion are the prime reason for satisfying to put more effort employees relationship between managers and supervisors with subordinates.
