Abstract: The general objectives of this study was to identify the effect of work place environment on employees performance specifically to obtain the extent to which physical, psychosocial and the work life balance factors of Addis pharmaceutical factory share company(iv solution).The population of the study was 100 permanent employees from which all respondents was important and considered for data analysis and the study used quantitative approach and standard questioner implemented. Five point likert scale was used to determine the effect of work place environments on employee performance. SPSS soft ware was used in analyzing the quesitioner.To achieve the objectives Demographic analysis, validity test, reliability test(cronbaches Alpha),correlation and regression models were presented.Hyphotesis testing was made for each variables. The finding of this study was work life balance work place environment aspects shows has positive association with employee performance ,even though physical aspects have no relationship ,there is only furniture variable which have positively associated with employee performance. Therefore from the finding it is concluded that the physical and psychosocial aspects variables did not have a significant effect on employee performance, however, work life balance factors were significant. It is advisable and suggested for the company to focus on other physical and psychosocial factors which may affect the performance of employees in order to improve and create better work place environment proactively in today's stiff competition and for work life balance strategically focus on work family variable and furniture variable from physical work place environment.
