Abstract: This study is about the assessment on the effects of job rotation on employees’ motivation in Wegagen Bank. It is a survey research. The target population of the study was professional employees of the company. A sample size of 215 out of 457 employees was taken. The relevant data was collected through survey questionnaire with simple-random sampling technique for distributing the survey questionnaires. The main purpose was to collect data on job rotation and to identify their effect on employees’ motivation. The data was analyzed mainly by using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis and the proposed hypotheses were tested and all of them were accepted. Major findings of the study revealed that an output job rotation factor on employees’ motivation was positive and significant. Based on this the researcher concluded that job rotation significantly predict the overall employees’ motivation in the company and according to the descriptive analysis the overall employees’ motivation in the company is found at medium or average. In addition, some recommendations that might enable organizational transformation to be effective in achieving organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the study company are presented based on the results of the study. The researcher also recommended that all independent have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation therefore the bank should work on the indicators of these dimensions for further achievement.
