Abstract: This study sought to assesses the effects of ISO 9001:2015 implementation to the performance of ONE water bottling company. The study adopted descriptive research method. In the course of analyzing the problems, both qualitative and quantitative research methods were introduced. The main tools of data collection were questionnaires and interviews. Purposive and simple random sampling methodologies were applied to select respondents. The quantitative data collected through questionnaire was analyzed by making use of inferential statistics using SPSS version 20 software. The performance measurement variables and the effects on the organizational performance dimensions are analyzed by employing the appropriate parametric statistical methods to determine the direction of relationship and degree of association based on the distribution of the sampled data collected. This research has assured that the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 has positive effects on the organization performance. The result of independent variable of descriptive statistics has shown that, the mean score of Quality Management Systems variables has been more than the average value. The descriptive analysis has shown the agreement of respondents that s practices improve the performance of the organization. The correlation matrix indicates that the seven Quality Management System variables: “Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-Based Decision making and Relationship Management” were positively and strongly correlated with overall organizational performance.
