Many organizations focus on a training organization processes and give little attention to evaluate the impact of the trainings on the trainees. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of training on employee’s performance in the case of Mahibere Kidusan. Questionnaire was developed and distributed to the employees. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Descriptive and regression analysis methods were applied to interpret the SPSS results. The Pearson-Chi-Square test and regression analysis results revealed that, in the case of Mahibere Kidusan, there is a strong correlation between training and employee performance. On the other hand, irrespective of the general expectation, especially for the case of Ethiopia, employee experience and gender as well as level of education has weak correlation with employee performance. The regression analysis result indicates that, at 95% confidence interval, 69.7% of the variation in employee’s performance can be explained by training. This study definitively answers the question regarding the correlation between training programs and employee performance in the case of Mahibere Kidusan.en_US
