Training manual preparation, Training delivery, Feedback have the highest association with employee job performances. While On job training, off job training have the least association; from regression analysis of Variables of training with the employee’s job performance, on job training, off job training, training manual preparation, training delivery, and Feedback have strong positive and statistically significant effect on employee’s job performance. As a result, alternative hypotheses related with on job training, off job training, training manual preparation, training delivery, and Feedback are confirmed and have Positive effect on employee‘s job performance.
