dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this study was to examine the effect of employee motivation on organizational productivity of Bank of Abyssinia. The effect of employee motivation on organization productivity was examined in the study. Structured questionnaires were used as data gathering tools. Data were collected from bank of Abyssinia permanent employees. The explanatory research design with quantitative research approach was employed in the study. 262 respondent’s response were utilized for data analysis. After the data collected, they were coded and edited properly. Then, they were analyzed through both inferential statistics. The results of the study revealed that from employee motivation factors recognition has the highest positive and significant effect on organization productivity followed by payment at Bank of Abyssinia. All factors identified as an employee motivation in this study have a statistically significance positive effect on organization Performance. Based on the study results, the managerial implications suggest that it is important to prioritize and enhance employee motivation by focusing on various factors, including work content, job satisfaction, working conditions, payment, benefits, career advancement, recognition, and supervision.en_US
