Abstract: The Research Focuses on Examining Factors Affecting on E-Business Project Implementation In the case of Anbesa Bank at head office, the study constricted three Independent variables such as organizational capabilities, IT Capability and Knowledge Capability included. Data gathered from 104 employees of Anbes Banks at head offices, to test the effects between the research models constructs using a Descriptive analysis, Model summary and multiple linear regression tested. Findings: From the model factors of this study, the results highlight that Organization Capability, Knowledge Capability and IT Capability were significant that shape and affect the E- business Project Implementation. The results of previously e-business has a huge component of the digital economy as the business market landscape is now based on digital competition. E- business assists with national development through the creation of jobs and import tax, however, despite these challenges, this study aimed at understanding the factors influencing e-business adoption in developing countries.
