An assessment of framework agreements is an important issue in improving procurement challenges and contract management. The thesis begins by elaborating the background of Public Procurement Property Disposal Service with regard to its framework agreements in the past three years. The purpose of this paper is to suggest possible solutions that may address this problem in the area of framework agreements by assessing the existing practice. In order to do so, the researcher has identified three major areas on which framework agreement is assessed. These are legal and regulatory frameworks which are used to regulate the procurement activities; contract administration; and organizational structure including its workforce. A descriptive type of research method study was used in conducting this study. The researcher has made unstructured interview with nine concerned professionals. Out of which four of them are from PPPDS and three from the end-users and the two from the suppliers. From the total population of PPPDS 30 samples were distributed but 25 of them were provided their respond. Based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis PPPDS is not in a position to satisfy its customers. The study recommends PPPDS to strength its relationship with stakeholders like Banks and custom clearance authority and the government as well as MoFED should give continuous support to PPPDS.en_US
