dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to assess the organizational citizenship behavior of Sim Plastic Factory and how it is executed in the existing situation. The study employed a descriptive and exploratory research methods, in doing adequate and accurate interpretation of OCB(Organizational citizenship behavior) that actually prevailed in the association as well as for defining and clarifying problems respectively. Aiming at addressing the general objective of the study that is to assess organizational citizenship behavior to the above mentioned Factory, certain research questions were formulated and discussed sufficiently. As a result most of the employees in the organization are not satisfied with their current job and the salary they have earned. In addition to this the study shows that , most of the employee aren’t satisfied with the existing leadership style since it doesn’t invite employee at any decision making process and help not them to reflect citizenship behavior.en_US
