Abstract: | The primary objectives of this research are to investigate the nature and the extent of
organizational culture effect on the employee satisfaction and also to examine the relationship
between organizational culture and employee satisfaction in Simegn Kebede Health Center. The
study adopted survey research design. The population of the study is the employees of the Simegn
Kebede Health Center who work at addis ababa. Both primary and secondary data were used for
this study, primary data was collected through questioners administered to the selected
respondents. Sample size is the total population which is N=180.therefore the researcher takes
124 employees. To analyze the data, the researcher used descriptive statistics SPSS software was
used in analyzing the collected data. The results show that strong ethical standards, open
communication, and teamwork generate a healthy corporate culture that greatly increases
worker satisfaction and promotes organizational growth. On the other hand, a bad culture can
cause low morale, high employee turnover, and slowed organizational growth. The organization
should reinforce sustainability through regular training, communication, leadership messaging,
and embedding sustainability in its mission, values, and strategic objectives. It should also
enhance stakeholder engagement, develop a risk assessment framework, and provide training to
employees. Implementing these recommendations can strengthen the organization's position as a
sustainability leader; enhance employee morale, customer loyalty, and long-term resilience. |
