| dc.subject | This research examines determinants of loan repayment among selected real estate companies, focusing on institutional management, borrower-related, and external factors. Using a descriptive and explanatory research design, primary data was collected from 49 randomly selected companies through questionnaires. Analysis employed descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including binary logistic regression. Results showed that experience, age, training, infrastructure, follow-up, supervision, and loan repayment period positively affected loan repayment, while enterprise member size, lack of record-keeping and inaccessible markets had negative impacts. Recommendations include improving female participation in management, providing capacity-building training, conducting continuous supervision, assessing borrowers' business experience before loan disbursement, promoting experience-sharing activities on marketing skills, emphasizing market access and linkages, maintaining daily activity records, and setting suitable repayment periods through stakeholder communication. These findings and recommendations aim to enhance loan repayment performance and overall business success for the selected real estate companies. | en_US |
