Abstract: The research titled “Challenges Related to Stakeholders Engagement in Tourism Management in Addis Ababa” underscores the critical need for improved stakeholder engagement in the city's tourism sector. It identifies key challenges such as lack of coordination, inconsistent practices, and inadequate resource allocation. To address this, the research advocates for a comprehensive framework that outlines clear principles, procedures, and responsibilities for stakeholder involvement, including effective identification, prioritization, and communication strategies. Ultimately, the goal is to contribute to the development of a more inclusive, sustainable tourism industry in Addis Ababa.
